Pamela Giller

Pamela Giller joined LDF in November 2025 as Chief Development Officer. She brings more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently serving as Vice President of Development at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.

Giller is a seasoned nonprofit strategist with deep expertise in relationship-building and fundraising. Based in Washington, DC, she excels at creating cross-team synergies that strengthen operational effectiveness and promote an inclusive organizational culture. With a strong focus on strategic development, she has led initiatives that drive nonprofit growth and expand community engagement. Her experience spans multiple leadership roles in which she has advised senior leaders and developed innovative fundraising strategies.

Prior to her tenure at the Leadership Conference, Giller led national fundraising efforts at Communities in Schools. She also directed development for the Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign, which works to end child hunger. In addition, she has served on the fundraising team of the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Food & Friends, and several community organizations in the Boston area.

Giller is particularly passionate about diversity and inclusion and leveraging her expertise to advance systemic change within organizations. A skilled communicator and facilitator, she is committed to strengthening social responsibility through meaningful stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
