On May 29th, 8,000 Starbucks stores across the country closed for anti-bias training following the arrest of two black men. The same day, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund President and Director-Counsel, Sherrilyn Ifill, joined a town hall hosted by Joy Reid and Chris Hayes–alongside Valerie Jarrett and Rev. Al Sharpton–to discuss the state of racial bias in America and what can be done to effect change.
