LDF and Center for Constitutional Rights Send Letter to New York Legislators Urging Repeal of CRL 50-a, Allowing Public Disclosure of Police Records Relating to Officer Misconduct

The NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc (LDF) sent a letter with the Center for Constitutional Rights urging New York State Legislators to repeal Civil Rights Law 50-a (CRL 50-a), allowing public disclosure of police records relating to officer misconduct.
