Cece Huddleston

Cece Huddleston is a Voting Rights Trainer for the Prepared to Vote and Voting Rights Defender Projects. Prior to joining LDF, Cece served in the executive office at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights assisting in daily operations and administrative duties. Her voting rights journey began in her hometown of Detroit, MI while coordinating and training election workers at the City of Detroit – Department of Elections. In this position, Cece educated election workers to properly guide the casting and securing of ballots to ensure the re-countability of precincts. She also served as Co-Program Investigator of “Black America Counts”, a collaborative initiative between the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. and Fair Count to promote Census participation by creating targeted census maps to help guide outreach and mobilization efforts in hard-to-count communities.

Cece is a graduate from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor with a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Law, Justice, and Social Change. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
