Change A • gent [noun] chānj / ā-jənt    A person who indirectly or directly causes change.  One who surfaces as a leader, instigator or example for change in cultural, social or human behavior.  One who initiates change, assists others in understanding the need for change and what is entailed to create that change.  A mover, a shaker, a creator.
