Veronica Joice joined the Economic Justice Group at LDF as a NAACP LDF Fried Frank Fellow in January 2013. As part of the fellowship, prior to joining LDF, Ms. Joice spent two years as an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she worked on complex commercial litigation and represented individuals in civil rights matters. Ms. Joice previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary Collyer of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and, prior to that, worked as a litigation associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.
Ms. Joice graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law and received a B.A. in Political Science and History, with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
